Adhd Greys Anatomy

In the latest ep of Greys they finally did what needed to be done not tiptoe around/ ignore the elephant in the room that is Neurodivergence from the sh**t Show that happened in the early 00s with the Autism arc that we'll try to forget... Luckily, this weeks EP they dived into the Adhd neurodivergence spectrum without being too overtop or cliche. I stated in this week's podcast multiple times how much I loved the representation of late Diagnosis Adhd/Undiagnosed. Plus, I will always be a Nick Marsh stan now more than ever with how he understands Lucas Shepherd Adams ( aka Scott Speedman/Niko Terho) the relationship between these characters is the best, especially with the other issues going on around people just being annoying having others back more than his ( i will give a little room for Mika/Jules). It's just personally, I don't like how all the other interns treat him either (I get why they treated Alex, in the beginning.) However, it's more just ridiculous how they treat Lucas cause he's not really an A$$ & tries to have peoples back... but that's a separate thing. I fully understand though now why I am extremely protective of this character in a similar way to Alex, Lexie, Jackson, Deluca and Jo maybe even more so than before... Cause I am an ADHD person that feels familial/societal pressure and is different all the time and when I can identify the aspects of the underdog or the different one there are so many layers and I hope they don't stop this storyline next season... Also if you follow my personal tiktok you can see the series of me doing Derek's ADHD moments ( I'll do Amelia but plenty are doing her rn so I'm going to go another direction) All in all the Shepherds for sure carrying the ADHD gene and could explain why some do the things they do and why some have/had addiction issues.
