Dear Adults, this is what is most likely happening with the Gen Z- kid I'll elaborate further below. PS Before you get triggered know you probably are giving sage advice the advice given to you: The bad news for you is that that wasn't great advice back then but the good news the younger Generation is learning.
Hey Guys, I'm back for a brief moment. There are lots of things going on in my life. FYI, there is probably no podcast this week if you're a regular listener I'm sorry I will be doing this instead so if you know me well enough to hear my voice and expressions as reading this thank you! I will also keep this brief given lots of people already know I'm dyslexic adhd and ocd so I'll try to get all grammatical errors out of the way with my handy little spellcheck/grammarly but it still might not be a thousand percent perfect. Lately, I've been given a lot of advice a lot I hadn't asked for, and again as a youngish adult it's funny these adults want you to talk less and smile more cause no one cares about the long things you have to say however you try that and wind up crying in a public place potentially then have to pull back together then they say they're helping you giving advice telling you all this extra unnecessary stuff it won't fix my depressive life or quick enough that i still feel like a failure... So to the
adults that think it's necessary helpful, I think you're feeding your addiction of fixing things for your loved ones that never really works then inadvertently leading down the rabbit hole of making you feel like a failure... Usually, these people go by the words mom and dad ( still appreciate what trying to say but for both sides never goes the way you intend. ) Anyway see you soon this is a blog entry by sara g from Genzgab.
