Hi sorry for all the delayed content posts my technology has been down and I've been suffering from writers/podcasting block. Trying to be transparent in the fact that I never realized yet again how much work it takes for a 20-30 minute podcast episode takes plus editing and running all yourself partially cause you're broke and another part cause you love seeing progress in your skills/independence... I also work better at night for editing which is something I can blame completely on my ADHD and trying to get the whole 8 hours of sleep on top is frustrating... I'm also nervous when it comes to writing or podcasting to sound repetitive but then again so is life trying to dot the t's or i's of perfection, no matter how many times the world tells you you shouldn't have to be perfect... I'm sorry then society says yet again work to make it... Which is true or not be lazy I get that but no matter what you do especially in the US SOCIETY it's insane burnout we see it but still falls into the scam of overworking or life coaching mindset coach wellness fix my gut sleep live everything I know more than actual people with degrees cause I read on the internet from a celeb or whatever. No, we can research advocates but you have to be sooooo careful with these types of coaches ( i do believe in therapist/mindset coaching science & dietitian wellness but there are too many scams/cultures that take away from them trying to debunk everything....) I do believe in some programs of mindset but it's very hard when you start
I have the three pillars to make you instantly happy every day start now for $100-200 + dollars if you attend early my seminar I'll give you a discount 30 percent off of 200 so 140 great deal so goes from that to subscribe for an extra 40 bucks I don't have... Again as someone trying to make money and have degrees in communication and marketing,
I've learned different tactics but I will say these fast tricks or MLMs are something I was always told to avoid when selling in class cause my professors themselves were ripped off... This leads back to freelancing is hard to cause you can lowball your worth cause you don't want to rip off the client but you than yourself. It's just a lot of growing unlearning research that's going on... If you relate to this listen to the podcast/comment/share your feelings of life there are no wrong answers here.
